Nomination process
Your nomination, in four simple steps
Self-nominations and nominations by another person or organisation are welcome. Read the guidelines before choosing your award category.

Complete & sign the form
Fill in all details clearly, answer the applicable category questions and complete the required annexures. Sign the declaration and consent forms. Scan the completed pages into a readable PDF.

Pay the nomination fee
Transfer ₹2,950 per nomination directly to ILD’s Punjab National Bank account shown alongside, using your bank app, net banking or bank branch. Mention the nominee’s name and category number in the payment remarks. Keep the transaction reference and payment proof, obtain the ILD fee receipt, and complete Annexure 6.

Send the signed form, supporting documents, nomination fee payment proof and ILD receipt to info@ildindia.org by 30 November 2026. Attach the files manually before sending.

Three awards will be presented in each category, except Category
15, which will feature a single award.

honoured with a trophy and certificate at the evening gala

Submission checklist
- Completed, signed and dated nomination form.
- Category-specific responses and core criteria evidence sheet (Annexures 1 & 2).
- Two independent references, including one from the community served (Annexure 3).
- Signed consent and compliance declarations (Annexures 4 & 5); guardian / family consent where applicable.
- Payment proof and ILD fee receipt for ₹2,950, with transaction details (Annexure 6).
- Registration, identity / age proof and three years of audited accounts, as applicable.
- Photographs, reports and evidence of impact, plus the completed submission checklist (Annexure 7).

How do I apply for the award?
Download the form, complete and sign it, transfer the nomination fee directly to ILD’s Punjab National Bank account listed on this page, and email the complete nomination with supporting documents, payment proof and ILD fee receipt.
Can I nominate myself or someone else?
Yes. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted, subject to the guidelines. Two independent references are required, including one from the community served.
Which category covers gaushalas and hands-on charitable service?
Category 10, Seva and Charitable Service, covers hands-on service by religious institutions, ashrams, gaushalas, charitable trusts and community kitchens. Read its questions and the common eligibility rules before applying.
How do I pay the nomination fee?
Make a direct bank transfer of ₹2,950 to the Institute of Leadership Development, Punjab National Bank, account number 10251010000250, IFSC PUNB0102510, Jamdoli, Jaipur. Use your bank app, net banking or a bank branch. Mention the nominee’s name and category number in the payment remarks, then email payment proof with your nomination and obtain the ILD fee receipt.
Is payment proof required?
Yes. Attach payment proof and the ILD fee receipt, and complete Annexure 6. A nomination without a fee receipt is incomplete.
Can I fill in the downloaded PDF?
You can print and complete it by hand, or use a PDF editor to add text. Sign the required sections and submit a clear PDF scan with the annexures. The downloaded PDF is a printable form.
